My name is Karson Klauer. I am a lifelong resident of Hollister. I grew up in North County and attended Spring Grove Elementary. I moved on to San Benito High School where I played several sports. After graduation I attended San Jose State where I studied business management and played inter-collegiate baseball. I graduated in 2010 summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science.
I received my real estate salesperson’s license in 2011 and broker’s license in 2015. I served four years as the district 3 representative on the City Council for the City of Hollister (2014-2018). I have also served on the boards of several homeowners associations as well as the president of the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation. My brother, my wife, and I are also the co-founders of the Klauer Family Young Leader Scholarship.
Real estate is a full-time pursuit for me and each day I wake up excited to assist my clients in their latest endeavors. My focus is primarily on residential existing homes and new construction but I’ve done significant work in vacant land purchases and sales as well as commercial.
When not at work, I love to spend time with my wife ,Vanessa, and our three kids, Lucy, Kaiya, and Kasey. I love to travel, hike, eat new foods and find the next great beer.
